We definitely got great value for our money at this beach resort. The room was spacious and had lovely views, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with a beautiful beach and swimming area right on the property.
More variety in breakfast choices would have been nice.

Overwater bungalow with many fish around it, and the beach.
The overwater bungalow doesn't have direct access to the water - you have to walk long way to get to the beach. Also, the bungalow doesn't have a glass or partly glass floor. Security is very poor - a lot of local people wandering around bungalows.

The over water bungalow we stayed in was amazing. The views over the water and the coral reef were superb, we literally had our own natural and private aquarium. The bungalow was kept at a high standard and was serviced and cleaned well everyday. Staff were generally very lovely, albeit a little laid back. The French waiter in the ocean side restaurant in particular was great, very attentive and incredibly nice. All the food had in the Meridien was good. Great to have Booked.nets and snorkelling equipment available (free of charge) to guests for exploring the coral. :)
Eating in the hotel was a little expensive - $46 for a breakfast buffet in particular seemed extreme, particularly compared to other items in the hotel that were far more reasonable.

The hotel is relaxing with a modern design and nestled in a nice building. The staff is very informative and five star and the food is outstanding. The rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new with 2 beds, and the location is excellent in the airport terminal. Good service, the breakfast is varied and large. A nice touch is also the soft beverages in the beer bar. Thank you for a very good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for a one night stay or a stopover. There are local food markets in the evening where you can experience authentic Tahitian cuisine. The rooms have comfortable beds and offer nice views of the ocean. Additionally, the resort provides free kayaks, tennis courts, and even offers wet towels and free popcorn on the beach.
The breakfast price is quite high and may not be worth the cost.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the breakfast, which was included in our rate and offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The staff were incredibly gracious people and went out of their way to accommodate us. The waters were beautiful, the views spectacular, and if you can afford it you must stay in a bungalow. Pure decadent pleasure. We especially like the hotels "transition" room for freshening up and relaxing as we arrived at 6:30 a.m. (with a 2:00 check in) and had an 11:00 p.m. flight but an 11:00 a.m. check out! Wish all hotels offered this service.
The restaurant buffet was just OK. Breakfast was nice but the evening Polynesian dance fare was very lacking. Food was cold and poorly prepared. We ate at the local restaurants around the corner, which were very nice. And asking the guests to pay for the expensive shuttle into town seemed a bit much at a 4 star hotel.

The beach and lagoon were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The bed was very comfortable and the views into the garden were relaxing. The hotel facilities were superb, including a great pool. The air conditioning worked well and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and there were transportation options available to various places, including a boardwalk out to the bungalows and a local food market in the evening.
There was nothing we didn't like.
